CTB acquired the assets of Shore Sales of Illinois, Inc. of Rantoul, Illinois, a designer and marketer of moisture testers for the grain, seed, coffee, milling, processing and farm markets.
CTB acquired Ironwood Plastics, Inc. with locations in Ironwood, Michigan, and Two Rivers, Wisconsin, a leading provider of highly engineered, precision-molded plastic components serving the industrial, automotive, agricultural and electronics markets.
CTB established CTB Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., an Asian-based logistics center, to better serve customers in that geographic region.
