Brock Offers Steel Secondary Containment Systems
Brock’s Secondary Containment Systems are widely used wherever containment is required.
Brock Industrial Systems offers galvanized steel secondary containment systems to help protect the environment from leaks and spills from liquid storage tanks. BROCK® Secondary Containment Systems are not susceptible to wind and water erosion like earthen containment systems.
Originally developed for oil and natural gas fields for economical containment purposes, Brock’s Containment Systems are now widely used wherever containment is required.
The simple bolt-together construction of the Brock System is both easier and more economical than concrete. The strength and durability of corrugated, galvanized steel provides long-term performance with virtually no maintenance. The modular components assemble quickly for fast installation, and the bolt-together design offers an endless variety of shapes as well as easy expansion and relocation.
Brock’s secondary containment systems feature sidewalls of G-90 galvanized steel with a minimum tensile strength of 65,000 psi for long-lasting performance and with corrugations to provide greater structural rigidity and integrity. The galvanized steel corners are die-formed to match the corrugations in the sidewalls for a snug fit. The seams have an alternating bolt pattern to assure a positive seal on square and rectangular configurations.
The top edges of the system’s sidewalls feature an innovative rolled flange to add structural strength and stability. Brock’s unique, super-strong hat-shaped support posts bolt to the sidewalls and extend below grade for added reinforcement.
